Clinical Research Study for Diastolic Heart Failure, also called Heart Failure with Preserved Ejection Fraction (HFpEF).
Today, more than 1.2 million people in the United States and Europe suffer from diastolic heart failure. People with diastolic heart failure have difficulty breathing and often struggle with simple daily activities.
If you have diastolic heart failure, you may be a candidate for this study. The REDUCE LAP-HF II study is evaluating the IASD® System II, an investigational, non-surgical, medical device designed to improve symptoms and quality of life by potentially reducing breathlessness and fatigue.
